It seems that it is currently impossible to install the browser / office extensions on a non admin account.

AFAIK, the msi packages can be installed only by an administrator account. So even if LiveEdit and MSIE Browser Ext are used by a non-admin, they must be installed by an admin.

MSIE Browser Ext already installs itself for all users.
LiveEdit was installing itself for the current user only -> i changed it to work for all the folks on the machine.
