myFaces contains an inputDate control, which also allows selection of time, but it is somewhat poor/bare.
It doesnt allow much customisation or styles.

tobago has 2 separate controls, tx:date and tx:time.
I could try to create a custom component containing the default t:inputCalendar and the tx:time.
