HAppens when trying to follow a transition that goes back to an existing state (cycle in process).

problem happens when trying to follow the "reject" transition (calling wfEngine.endTask(taskId, 'reject')).

ok partially fixed.

I'm going to open a new task for 5.2 for WFMC API work since this is far from not following the WFMC spec completly.
