The perspective already exists (page 4 = "print") and shows only breadcrumb and main facelet. Try it by adding to the URL &theme=default/print (i'm not sure it is the right action to do with the link though, ask Olivier or Jean-Marc). The file print.xhtml also exists.
The link could be put with the breadcrumb widget, floating on right, i think.
Later on, we should have print.css media=print.
