We should remove or move tabs on documents.

 - "My notifications" and "Mange notifications" should be on the container (not on the document)

 - "email" should be an icon next to the print icons available on all documents / folder etc ... (think "send to a friend" action.

- Merge the "edit" and "metadata" tab as a "Properties". It will include both forms and deal with read / write permissions.

 - Remove the "Archive" tab

 - Publication should be an action from the workspace which will allow the mass publication. Think if we can remove completely the tab action from the document.... ???
