Ability to select several items and apply them the same access rights formerly chosen.

I think the better way to handle that is by a copy/past operation applied to rights.
1 - you select a folder and click "copy security settings"
2 - you select a the target idems and click "apply security"

In order to cleany integrate this into the UI I suggest :
 - adding a new list into the clipboard UI : security template (only one item)
 - add a action "apply template security to selected items" to this list
 - add an action "use as security template" that put the selected item into the "security template list"
 - may be add the same action directly inside the right management tab
