Currently it uses pdf2text only, and therefore only PDF files have their content indexed in ecm:fulltext

Main work is done. More testing is required for situations where transform server is down, transform failed, etc.

Confirmed that there's an uncatched exception in any2text if document type isn't understood

False alert, it was a normal log actually. It's been changed to look less like an error
